Meet your local Wesley Nurse

 

A Wesley Nurse is a registered nurse who cares for the body, mind, and spirit of a person. We promote health by providing free services to the uninsured and to those who are interested in becoming healthy.

Services include:

 

Health Education
Individualized diabetes education
Facilitation of referrals and resources (e.g., other health-related services, food pantries, diaper banks, and more)
Exercise and nutrition classes

This program will serve anyone no matter what religious background you have. Services are offered to groups or on an individual basis.
